Gaining insights is an important aspect allowing every individual, team and business to benefit from. For example, when I know how my customers think I can align my processes, interactions to make customers more satisfied at no extra cost.
Also if I know the strengths of the team, or another team, I have the possibility to build on that strength, to trust it and to focus on my strength.
Last if I understand that for example coming late in a certain culture is a big deal, then I will avoid coming late or apologize when I am.
