Sherif

Sherif El-Henaoui is a multi-cultural ideator, business leader, certified coach (IPC ACC, Gallup StrengthsFinder), generalist in management, strategist and changer. By education he is an electrical engineer holding a Ph.D. in Telecommunications with 25+ years of professional experience and 10+ years of senior management tenure.

He started in academia, and then moved to a broad range of industries Telecom, High Tech, Management consulting, software and Industrial Automation; within the latter he focused on energy in particular wind energy and also Industrial services.

Sherif spent his professional career in four countries namely Germany, Egypt, France and Italy, worked in over 15 countries around the globe. He now lives in Switzerland and speaks five languages, namely German, Arabic, French, Italian and English.

Sherif’s purpose is inspiring clients to contribute towards a fair business ecosystem where we do what we believe is right and are satisfied with how we do it. His vision is to revolutionize the working ecosystem.

Carmen

Carmen Brucker is Business Coach and Trainer and specialized in systemic and strengths-based coaching. She is holding a degree in International Business Administration with 15 years of professional experience.

 Carmen worked for small start-up companies as well as global enterprises nationally and internationally. In different roles she was responsible for Project Management, Marketing Communications, Process Development and Optimization, Business Development, Key Account Management and Sales with and without managerial responsibilities. In 2012 she completed her coaching education as systemic coach. 

Thanks to her empathetic nature and her ability to make companies and teams leverage the individuality of their employees, she is able to empower people in their working life - managers, employees, teams or entrepreneurs.

Carmen is fluent in German, English and French and speaks some Spanish. She is living in Germany in Greater Stuttgart. 


Annette

Annette Ott is a certified strengths coach (Gallup, GPI) as well as a trained mediator (KfM), and has more than 25 years of professional experience within financial institutions, consulting firms, public administration, and private industry, recently as HR Business Partner and Deputy Head of HR & Communications for a Swiss affiliate of a global Japanese industrial group.

She worked for small start-ups, SMEs, as well as multinational listed companies in Germany and Switzerland. In different roles, she was responsible for general administration, HR and internal communications, project and event management, process development and optimization.

Annette brings in her fundamental interest in understanding her clients’ personalities and backgrounds, her distinct ability to listen attentively. She empowers her clients to uncover their innermost strengths. Annette works with people who have a real passion to improve their talents and who are looking for their very own road to success.

Annette is a German native speaker and fluent in English. She is living in Switzerland in the DACH / FL region.

                                 


Kirsten

Kirsten Laasner is a certified systemic business coach (ICA) and trainer with a focus on stress management and self-organisation, personality development and resource strengthening. She specialised in target-oriented communication and strategic preparation for discussions as well as team development and value-oriented leadership work.

In addition, she is intensively working in transactional analysis, grief counselling, goal setting, health and serenity in life.

A graduate in social sciences, she has led and moderated national events and EU projects as a scientific consultant. She looks back on more than 20 years of professional experience, of which more than 12 years as a freelancer.

Kirsten worked for many years as a project manager and facilitated large events, international trade fairs and conventions. She advises small and medium-sized companies in the areas of public image and product launches. Kirsten also trains small teams in technical innovations and challenges.

Her guiding principle for her professional and private life: "We do not go any way without a goal. Detours increase knowledge of the place".

Kirsten is characterised by empathy and strategic thinking. She speaks German, English and some Spanish. Kirsten lives in Germany in the Hamburg area.



Sabine

Sabine Baumann is an experienced project manager, consultant and

 language instructor.

She worked for small as well as for multinational listed companies in consultancy, FMCG and manufacturing industry in Switzerland and Italy. 

Sabine holds a certificate in Gallup CliftonStrengths.

She lives in Northern Italy and is fluent in German, English and Italian.
